Through Realpurr, every qualifying transaction creates support for animal organizations chosen by our clients. It’s a simple way to turn one family’s new beginning into another’s second chance while staying true to the values of clarity, transparency, and compassion that guide everything we do.

No. The $1,000 pledge is funded by Realpurr and does not increase your agreed-upon real estate fees or change the financial terms of your transaction.

For every qualifying real estate transaction, we fund a $1,000 pledge to an eligible animal welfare organization selected by the client.

If you choose to personally adopt up to two pets from that shelter, a portion of the $1,000 pledge will be applied toward the shelter’s standard adoption fees. Any remaining balance of the pledge is donated directly to the organization.

If you do not adopt, the full $1,000 is donated.

If adoption fees exceed the $1,000 pledge, you are responsible for the remaining balance.

Ongoing care, training, food, supplies, and other optional services are not covered — but we’ll be cheering you and your new companion on fur-ever.

Yes—as long as it’s a qualified nonprofit organization focused on animal welfare.

That may include:

• animal shelters
• rescue organizations
• wildlife rehabilitation centers
• conservation organizations
• other eligible animal-focused nonprofits

If you’re unsure whether an organization qualifies, we’ll gladly help verify it before closing.

No. The $1,000 pledge is funded separately by Realpurr and does not affect your purchase price, sale proceeds, commission, rebate, or closing costs.

The impact is made possible because you chose to work with us. Your transaction creates the opportunity to direct meaningful support to an eligible animal organization you care about.

No. While many clients choose to support animal shelters and rescue organizations that help dogs and cats find loving homes, that’s not the only option.

Clients may also direct their pledge to qualified wildlife rehabilitation centers or other nonprofit organizations dedicated to the care and protection of animals.
