Jason is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona affiliated with Luxe Realty. When clients need support outside of Arizona, he partners with licensed agents in those states to ensure proper local representation. In those cases, the Realpurr impact model remains in place, with both agents participating to support the charitable mission in the community where the transaction occurs.

No. The $1,000 pledge is company-funded and does not increase your agreed-upon real estate fees or change the financial terms of your transaction.
For every qualifying real estate transaction, we fund a $1,000 pledge to an eligible animal welfare organization selected by the client.
If you choose to personally adopt up to two pets from that shelter, a portion of the $1,000 pledge will be applied toward the shelter’s standard adoption fees. Any remaining balance of the pledge is donated directly to the organization.
If you do not adopt, the full $1,000 is donated.
If adoption fees exceed the $1,000 pledge, you are responsible for the remaining balance.
Ongoing care, training, food, supplies, and other optional services are not covered — but we’ll be cheering you and your new pets on fur-ever.
No. The $1,000 pledge is company-funded and separate from your transaction proceeds. It is not a closing credit, rebate, or adjustment to your purchase or sale.
The impact is made possible because you chose to work with us. Your transaction creates the opportunity for the pledge, and together we help direct it to a shelter doing meaningful work.
Our primary focus is on domesticated pets placed into homes, such as dogs and cats, through shelters and rescue organizations.
However, clients may also direct their pledge to qualified wildlife rehabilitation centers or nonprofit organizations that care for non-domesticated animals in need.
Whether supporting pets or wildlife, our mission remains the same: to strengthen communities through compassion and responsible care for vulnerable animals.
We deeply respect many causes, but we stay focused on animal welfare because of the profound, proven benefits pets bring to human health and wellbeing. That focus allows us to create consistent, measurable impact.
By concentrating our efforts on shelters and rescue organizations, we can support adoption, responsible care, and long-term community benefit in a meaningful way.
